10月15日染上感冒，到普通醫生看病後止了喉嚨痛等。
10月20日整個背部非常累又發熱。
10月25日再去看醫生，醫生說氣管發炎，吃了藥背痛仍未止。
11月3日夜晚11時睡覺時左腹痛醒，12時忍受不了到了仁濟醫院看急症。照了胸片及肝片。
11月4日抽血，超聲波，電腦掃瞄。
11月5日抽血。
11月6日再抽血。
11月8日得知是肝癌，左邊全部是癌細胞，百分之70的肝已經是癌細胞，而且已經轉移到肺部。
11月9日到威爾斯腫瘤科，醫生說肝癌四期，即末期，隨時都有生命危險，治療方案 1. 化療(少於20%) 2. 標靶治療藥物索拉非尼(新藥沒有數據，效果因人而異)。答應了進行化療。
11月10日買書跟借書，大量閱讀癌症書籍，轉吃素，飲蔬菜湯(紅蘿蔔+白蘿蔔+白蘿蔔葉+牛蒡+香菇)、糙米茶。
11月12日到廣州廣東省人民醫院再檢查，抽血、照肺片、電腦素描。
11月13日到威爾斯推遲了化療兩星期。回到星島泛華發行正式遲職。通知了大學跟中學好友我的病情。
11月14日到廣州，結果跟香港差不多，他們有多一個治療方案: 中西藥一起用，機會率10%。
11月15日堂兄幫我把報告拿到江西一位隱世名醫看，開了藥但沒有藥方，我不敢吃。晚上中學的好友來探我，感謝他們。
11月16日到屯門認識一位堂姊的好友，她也是肝癌，她練氣功，太極，瑜珈，化療，由末期好轉了。 她介紹我到八鄉練氣功，聽說范徐麗泰都在那裡學。另外她也介紹了中醫師給我。晚上大學的好友來探我，給了我靈芝包子，謝謝。
11月17日到了大嶼山寶蓮寺拜佛，買了手環。 下午跟中學打波那班一起聊天，還有中五的中文老師。
11月18日許多親戚來了，飲完早茶又跟中六七的同學下午飲，20幾個同學加上中文老師，畢業以上很少這麼多人一起出現過。
另外還有些偏方如泥竽煲瘦肉等，此時此刻最難決定用那個療法，而每拖遲一日，病情就可能惡化...

I'm trying to organize another visit to Tsing Yi to see you, as I couldn't come the other day...I've proposed the following dates in an earlier email...Do you have preference? We can just visit you at your place, if you do not want to dine at a restaurant (i think that's not the most healthy thing to do at the moment...)
I hope natural therapies will work for you...I'm usually skeptical about chemotherapy...they usually do more harm than good!

I heard from my colleagues that there is a 氣功 called 洗水功. A tutor who was a 少林武僧 and had 癌4期 before. He recovered by practising chinese 氣功.
At this stage, may be 保健療法 is also useful. Heard that 雲芝 more appropriate than 靈芝, coz 雲芝 is for weak patients but 靈芝 is for improving body condition and it will activate metabolism which is harmful as it will promote all the cells to grow including the tumour.

There has also been medical proof that cancer cells grow good under "no-oxygen" environment. So, it's not a bad idea to go to rural park in the morning (under good sun when photosynthesis is the active to absorb more oxygen. But early morning is damaging to health coz mist is not good to lungs).

Hi, though I don't know you, I feel sad after reading your paragraph about your sickness. I can feel how depressed and hopeless you feel at this moment. I am not a doctor and have no experience on this, so I cannot recommend which method is the best, what I can do for you is pray for you, ask God to heal you using His powerful hands. When I grow older and older, I can experience more and more situations in which human can do nth, but I believe nth is impossible in God. I'm not sure whether you have any religious belief, but I can tell you, miracles can happen in God. Cheer up and I will get all the brothers and sisters I know in my church to pray for you. You can also pray to our God in heaven yourself, HE is my God and also for those who seek HIM. Try to pray, He may not heal you immediately, but at least He could give you peace and power to overcome the problems ahead of you. And HE is the only God promises to hear all our prayers. Add oil and don't give up. You will recover one day.
